  8. 5 Jalapenos, seeded, cored,   4 Tomatoes, diced
  9. and chopped.
  10. 2 med. onions, chopped        1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  11. 1 can tomato sauce            1 tsp. chopped garlic
  12. 1 tbs. salt                   1 1/2 tbs. white wine
  13.                               vinegar
  14. 2 tbs. cilantro (fresh)

  18. Wash and prepare ingredients as necessary.
  19. Mix together and refrigerate.
